POSITION OVERVIEW:

You will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects. You will manage schedule and scope in tandem with IT Delivery teams and will have full budget responsibility; the Triple Constraint. Your reporting responsibilities will include project, time lime, and executive status; at times face to face updates may have to be given directly to C-level executives with little time to prepare.



You will be successful if you can maintain high quality and deliver large, visible projects on time and your skill set is top tier.



TANGIBLES:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience

· Minimum of 5-7 years of true Project Management experience

· PMP required and must be active (lapsed or pending can be discussed, but are not preferable)

· Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is a “nice to have”

· Demonstrable experience utilizing Project Management tools such as Visio, MS Project, etc.



INTANGIBLES:

· Entrepreneurial with a business owner mindset; ability to build a personal brand within the PMO

· Highly organized and quick to react to fast-paced environment

· Can handle and perform under stress; poised

· Quick learner that requires little to no training to get started with assigned projects

· Ability to be a leader in communication amongst peers

· Can seek out the appropriate stakeholders and create momentum

· Can function on and build high performing teams



WORKING CONDITIONS:

· Onsite, office environment

· Business casual at minimum

· 45 weekly hours at minimum with a strong potential for increases
