Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. PM is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The PM’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish.
Complete Description:
The project manager will support the Educational Statistics Director by assisting with day-to-day responsibilities, including managing the successful completion of two projects: the Data Quality Curriculum Project and the Statewide Data Conference Project. In addition to the responsibilities for the project manager outlined in the position description, it is envisioned that the successful candidate will provide assistance as follows:
· Business analysis responsibilities relating to data quality, management and auditing.
· Data analysis responsibilities (including high level review of data files).
· Writing (SLDS Project, PIMS communications, requirements documents, project status reports and such), especially related to data quality, management and auditing.
· Coordinating stakeholder meetings and follow-up.
