Short Description:
This Program Manager will report to and work closely with the ODE Project Manager responsible for all aspects of the Race to the Top Early Childhood Challenge Grant projects within ODE and in conjunction with partner agencies.
Complete Description:
The Program Manager directs, controls, administers, and regulates an enhancement or development program. The Program Manager is the individual ultimately responsible to the agency. The Program Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive the entire effort from start to finish. The Program Manager must ensure that the program is completed on schedule and that the final product meets the business, technical, and established quality requirements.
The Program Manager will report to the ODE RttT-ELC Project Manager and will follow all ODE PMO guidelines and policies. The Program Manager's primary responsibility is to help drive the entire effort from start to finish, working closely with the ODE project manager and the Program Managers embedded at partner agencies.
Years of Relevant Experience:
7 to 8 years
Preferred Education:
4 year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Experienceing identifying and managing project rists and developing risk mitigation strategies, as well as tracking to closure

Experience with management of contract requirements and vendor relationships
