Our Technical Operations team is full of aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities professionals, and supply chain teams that help make sure they’re well taken care of and ready to get our customers to their desired destinations. Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for the coordination, standardization and development of the logistics services’ organizations (Warehousing, AOG, BMC and Tooling) training program. This position will complete initiatives that improve training documentation, record keeping, efficiency and standardization across the network. In this role, the program manager will partner with frontline and department management to identify gaps, propose opportunities and implement new strategies to improve the overall training curriculum. The program manager will partner with internal team members as well as Global Learning to develop training and communication strategies for new processes.

Partnering with logistics services team members and global learning to identify training opportunities and assisting in development and implementation of new training solutionsDeveloping training standards for logistics services teams in compliance with all supply chain-related regulationsDeveloping and implementing training plans and supervising to ensure that logistics services teams maintain training complianceIdentify and implement training related continuous improvement projects within Logistics ServicesEstablish relationships with local leadership and frontline team members to improve the overall training and usage of existing work instructions and SOPs
