Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Overall responsibilities and duties总体工作职责和目的:
 Be responsible for NCAR program management including (NA6/NA8/NA0)._ 
负责NCAR项目管理工作,包括NA6NA8NA0。
Handing over BK4 program to other colleague and will be proxy of Program Management Team if necessary.
 交接BK4 项目管理工作给其他项目经理,同时必要情况下作为项目管理的临时代理
The main missions of the role are角色主要职责和任务:
o    Supporting BK4 PM to close Gate 4.
协助BK4 项目经理完成Gate 4 关闭。
o    Fully responsible for NCAR Program Management.
独立管理NCAR项目。
o    Assisting N+1 Manager to coach, motivate and professionalism project team and the other related colleagues about project knowledge, working tool, working sense and methodology.  
协助直属领导培训,激励和指导项目组及相关成员获取项目知识,项目管理工具,工作思维和方法等。
o    Learning FAS Group Project Guideline and Project Management Professions for capability continue improvement to fulfill higher task assignment.
学习佛瑞亚集团项目管理方针及专业的项目管理专业知识以提高业务能力来完成更高的任务分配。
o    Other related tasks assigned by N+1 Manager.
完成其它直属领导分配的任务
o    Abide by Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM of Faurecia and Form of Declaration of Interests
o    Be Familiar with Employee Handbook, CoE, CoM and Form of Declaration of Interests and work following the rules
o    遵守公司《员工手册》、《道德规范》、《管理规范》和《利益(冲突)声明表格》中的规定
o    熟知《员工手册》、《道德规范》、《管理规范》和《利益(冲突)声明表格》中规定的相关内容。在任职期间,遵守各项条款规定并遵照执行
o    遵守公司各项HSE规定,遵守作业指导书要求,服从管理人员的管理,未经授权和培训禁止操作相应机器;
o    参加公司组织的各项培训,认真学习,确认理解并遵守;
o    按照要求佩戴PPE劳保用品,爱护并维护;
o    按照要求进行每班开班前安全装置首件检查,经班长签字确认才能开班生产,遇到有安全问题的机器,立即停止并汇报上级;
o    清楚应急围堵小车的使用方法,及时围堵现场的不安全状态并且报告;
o    遇到火灾,地震等紧急情况,及时撤离到公司制定的安全集合点;
o    有权拒绝违章指挥,对其他不安全作业和行为及时制止,并报告;
o    发生事故或者Nearmiss及时报告上级,配合事故调查;

Qualifications任职要求

Experience经验 :
o    least 5 years’ experience in automotive industry or project management. _ _ _ _ 5年以上汽车行业或项目管理工作经验。

o    Familiar with the producing process of Automotive .  _ _熟悉汽车产品加工工艺。 
o    Standing logical thinking and communication ability. Good spirit in teamwork and good coordination ability._ _ _ _ _ _ _ __ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _
