Responsibilities Oversee the resolution of issues and conflicts within a cross-functional environment, ensuring effective crisis management and team collaboration.Manage multiple priorities, dynamically adjusting plans and resources to ensure successful program delivery.Lead strategic integration across IT and business processes, driving program execution from inception to completion.Anticipate and proactively address potential issues, needs, and risks, aligning with program goals and objectives.Maintain certification and accreditation for applications, ensuring continuous security monitoring and compliance.Develop strategic plans guiding the program's direction, coordinating with stakeholders for successful outcomes.Foster continuous improvement within the team, supporting INR's global mission through innovative CST operations.Manage call orders and projects, analyzing complex problems and creating innovative solutions involving technology and financial management.Provide long-range planning for technology development, coordinating resources and procurement.Facilitate collaboration between government and contractor staff across bureaus/agencies.Interpret and ensure compliance with BPA terms, developing program strategies that align with DoS mission objectives.Oversee budgeting and financial management, project execution, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Identify and mitigate risks, maintain quality control, and implement continuous improvement practices.Lead and mentor the program team, fostering a high-performance environment and encouraging professional development.Document all program activities and maintain regulatory compliance, including adherence to FAR.Coordinate efforts across departments and manage vendor relationships, ensuring performance expectations are met.Serve as the primary contact for DoS, managing communications, reporting, and issue resolution effectively.Be available for disaster recovery or COOP events and provide contract management to meet contract requirements.Fulfill administrative duties and ensure deliverables are completed on time, communicating risks and mitigation plans to the government.Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Emphasis in Communications, Business, State Department, Information Systems, or Computer Systems preferred. Project Management Professional preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, including responsibilities for major IT and business-related programs and projectsExperience handling multiple projects at onceExperience taking over management of projects at different levels of completionSignificant experience with government management engagementRelevant certifications such as DoD Directive 8570 compliance or equivalent industry-recognized credentialsMust be a U.S. Citizen and possess a TS/SCI security clearance Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.Preferred Qualifications
Good working skills in Remedy trouble ticketing and asset management systemPrevious working experience at DoS is desirable, but not requiredNetworking Certifications a plusCertified Information Security Manager (CISM) a plusProject Management Professional preferred
