Job Description

Managing multidisciplinary projects from requirements to volume manufacturing through all PLC stagesManaging multidisciplinary interfaces between R&D, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Purchasing and Field.Managing the projects Work plans, Risks and BudgetProviding market-oriented inputs, detailed specifications and prioritiesOverall responsibility for on-time delivery of high-quality products addressing world-class performance, reliability, manufacturability, maintainability, and competitive cost of goodsManaging customer activities: installations, Beta, Evaluations for new product

Minimum Qualifications

B.Sc. in Engineering or first degree in technical related fieldExperience as Development (HW or SW) Team Leader / System Engineering - at least 3 years of management experienceStrong R&D background in multi-discipline systems– an advantageSignificant experience working with customers in highly driven marketsExperience in the semi-conductor industry/capital equipment development – an advantageLeadership and execution capabilities – mustHigh level of written and verbal communication skills in English- MustExperience in program\project management - an advantage
