We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (US-LA), United States (US).

Role Summary: Oversees the overall engagement with stakeholders, ensuring project alignment with client objectives and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

 

Responsibilities:

· Oversees State level enterprise-wide information technology programs and projects supported by a staff of remotely distributed team members and supervisors.

· Provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure the highest quality service is provided to NTT Data’s clients.

· Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision-makers.

· Develops and maintains strong relationships with state Medicaid and social services agencies.

· Ensures that full life cycle delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted according to the service level agreement.

· Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in-depth analysis, coordination, and negotiation with key decision makers.

· Ensures alignment of project deliverables with business goals and compliance requirements.

· Coaches and develops Delivery Management leaders.

· Identifies opportunities for growth within the client environment.

· Works across the organization to effectively obtain and allocate resources and ensure on-time project and process completion.

· Coordinates the hiring, staffing, and maintaining a diverse and effective team.

 

Required Skills

· Minimum of 10 years in project management and client engagement.

· 10 years’ experience managing and supporting large public sector application development projects.

· Minimum of5 years in Medicaid or social services IT systems.

· 5 years’ experience managing large state health and human services engagements.

· 5 years’ experience in budgeting, business financial and P&L skills

· Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field

 

Preferred Skills:

· Master’s degree in IT, business, or a related field preferred
