Pay Rate: $100 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract

Our client, a Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a Program Manager to their team for an initial 6-month contract with a possibility of extension and conversion. This role is currently hybrid, 2 days per week in Toronto.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of transformative programs and projects within the Wealth Management sector. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of Wealth transformation initiatives while upholding strong program management governance but not limited to:

Develop a clear strategic vision for Wealth Transformation programs and projects, aligning them with the broader goals of the International Wealth Management division. Collaborate with senior leadership to define long-term strategies and roadmaps for Wealth Management transformation initiatives. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their involvement and commitment to transformation efforts. Act as a liaison between the Wealth Transformation team and other relevant business units to facilitate effective collaboration. Identify and mitigate risks associated with transformation programs, ensuring that they adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards. Implement risk management strategies and procedures to safeguard the successful execution of initiatives. Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to support the execution of Wealth Transformation programs. Optimize resource utilization to maximize program outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience as a Program Manager 3-5+ years' demonstrated experience delivering Wealth Transformation Programs Bilingual in Spanish (written + verbal)
