Product Management Governance and Accessibility within “Developer Experience, Architecture and Modernization” DREAM is responsible for delivery of common concerns across the businesses technology groups by delivering solutions supporting Portfolio Governance Reporting, PI planning, Financial Forecasting, Release Change, and Innovation Ideas/Operational Excellence.

A Project Manager will take overall ownership for project success, including planning, coordinating, and delivery of a defined project which requires engagement from teams across multiple value streams/organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating the desired program outcomes, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing visibility into the health of the program. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the program outcomes, timeline, cost. A Project Manager is an individual contributor at the project level.
Specific responsibilities would include:
· Coordinating and facilitating the program routines –e.g. kick-off, program reviews, status review, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc.
· Planning and coordinates program delivery and dependencies across multiple value streams.
· Facilitating dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the program.
· Facilitate the collation of information across workstreams.
· Facilitate weekly technology sync meetings.
· Build 5-Blocker templates which will be utilized across change management.
· Providing status updates for the program to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the desired outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule.
· Ensuring that execution is aligned with program outcomes by working with the sponsor/stakeholders.
· Ensuring the work delivered by the program complies with Enterprise Change Management standards.
· 5 years project management or business analyst experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products, with emphasis PowerPoint
· Experience with enterprise project management controls
o Work with workstream leads / development teams to set up and maintain project information.
o Manage deployment events.
o Set up and manage project dependencies.
o Manage project tollgates.
o Manage project work break down structure (wbs)
o Support project deployments and all required deployment controls. Work with development teams to support deployment controls.
o Support QA process
o Support enterprise controls (eg. Permit to Operate (PTO) process)
· Has proven track record of preparing materials for all levels within the organization (practitioner through to experienced leadership)
· Experience partnering with experienced leadership to provide Program and Project level updates
· Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent time management and prioritization skills
· Familiarity with the Enterprise Change Management Policies/Process
· Experience with project risks/compliance tools and enterprise project management controls

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00
