Kforce has a client in Arlington, TX that is seeking a Program Manager. Responsibilities: * Communicating up and down the stack -interacting with executives, engineers and architects, business groups and shared services * Leading the tech standardization efforts to streamline technology and tools needed to support business need * Support building the reusable services backlog and help in execute development activities * Build and develop effective relationships with different product teams to find opportunities for reuse and promote usage of reusable services * Create an effective lifecycle process for enterprise reusable services and tech standards and think out of the box to deliver more with less resources * Help documenting and conducting presentations for technical, business and leadership audiences to promote reusable services and enforce tech standards * Lead the enterprise reusable services group planning activities across goals, KRs, KPIs etc * Assist with change management activities for the team and beyond * Help design and implement workflows and other automations using low-code tools * Champion the financials of the tech standards & reusable team, yearly budget, and ongoing financial planning * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and driving operational efficiency within the program * Perform other duties as assigned * Conform with all company policies and procedures
