Program Manager
Description One of Robert Half's Fortune 500 clients is currently seeking a Program Manager to support, enhance, and manage our IT initiatives in the manufacturing sector. This role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with a strong background in both IT and manufacturing. Responsibilities: + Oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. + Develop and manage project timelines and deliverable schedules. + Communicate regularly with stakeholders and senior management on project status. + Innovatively solve complex and critical issues affecting business operations. + Prioritizes tasks to meet deliverables and commitments on time. + Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met while adhering to approved budgets. Requirements Qualifications: + Materials planning software experience highly preferred + Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) + Minimum of seven years hands-on experience in managing large scale projects in an IT manufacturing environment. + Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position in IT + Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods + Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles + Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, Microsoft Project etc.) + Outstanding leadership and organizational skills + Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability Robert Half is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
