Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support our FAA customer on a large prime program. This role will report directly to the Vice President of the program and federal government customer. The successful candidate will interface with the NAVTAC team and FAA senior management.
ResponsibilitiesManage program scheduling and client interfacingPerform senior-level program analysis functionsSupport engineering teams alongside program Task LeadsAssist in budget formulation and timesheet managementEnsure budget and business operational requirements are metCoordinate between customers and project teamsSupport data and cost analysisPerform lifecycle cost estimationsPlan and lead program/project schedulesCoordinate with FAA HQ on program mattersEssential Skills10 years of experience managing government engineering programsExperience in business management, task orders, and program costFAA experienceProficiency in Excel data entryExperience in schedule planningBachelor's degree in engineering or business10-15 years' experience in leading and performing cost or schedule analysis in support of major acquisition programsExcellent analytical skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to plan, coordinate, and implement solutions associated with all aspects of FAA business managementKnowledge of FAA business management and AMS processes and timelinesFamiliarity with FAA tools and ability to perform independent government cost estimates (IGCE)Work Environment
This position requires onsite presence 2-3 days per week, reporting at the Rosslyn site and FAA HQ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.31 - $96.15
