Job Summary The Inbound Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and troubleshooting strategic initiatives aimed at improving Safety, Quality, and Cost of Inbound Processes. This role will require strong project management and data analysis skills. Primary Duties + Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve Safety, Quality, and Cost of Inbound Processes. + Lead the implementation of automation, including software and robotics, to streamline Inbound Processes. + Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards goals. + Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations for quality, budget, and schedule. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions to improve Inbound Processes. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers. Qualifications + Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams. + Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel. + Ability to think critically and creatively to find innovative solutions to complex problems. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
