Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesYour main objectives will include:
• Coordinate propram work from project acquisition to 6 months after project volume, ensure customer satisfaction, ensure project quality, cost and delivery targets, and ensure project profitability throughout the project lifecycle;
• As a customer representative, internally represent the requirements of the customer, and stop the delivery of the product in any case of non-conformity;
Your responsibilities will include:
• Establish and monitor master plans;
• Ensure that the entire core team is properly staffed from the function, where appropriate;
• Achieve program objectives by developing and deploying a program roadmap that assigns program objectives and assignments to team members;
• Use business plans to monitor permanent convergence with financial expectations;
• Manage the core team to ensure cooperation with all functional departments and factories;
• Application of program management systems (successful and on-time completion of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones);
• Identify risks and opportunities and ensure risk management and alert processes;
• Ensure smooth transfer of programs from development center to production facility;
• Acting as an official representative for Faurecia programs, supporting customer expectations while protecting the company from risks (e.g., engineering changes, plans...) ;
• Communicate and report on relevant program status to ensure appropriate management support on program issues;
• Ensure that program experience is fully utilized in knowledge management to improve performance qualifications for future programs.
Your profile and competencies to succeedThe ideal candidate should have:
Minimum education level
• Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering or business administration is preferred;
Professional Experience
• More than 5 years working experience as program manager in automotive industry, automotive seat/skeleton project management experience is preferred;
Professional skills and LCM capabilities:
• Knowledge of program management;
• Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, experimental design, "QRCI"/problem solving techniques, etc.);
• Knowledge of financial skills and business plan calculation;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Good at problem solving;
• Good at managing complexity;
• Ability to drives results
• CET-4 or above/Fluent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
