Raytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Manager, Program Management to help oversee a program area within the Electro-Optical and Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

What You Will Do

Implement plans, processes, and business goals

Manage costs and schedules; develop multi-year proposal and estimates

Interface with program team to implement contractual requirements and ensure production efforts remain on time and within budget

Coordinate and maintain Program Management Plans and Program Directives, consistent with program requirements

Work with the Program Management Office and Functional leads to implement and drive closure of corrective actions as warranted

Prepare for customer program reviews and customer visits 

Deploy disciplined program management best practices, processes, and resources to achieve effective implementation of program requirements 

Travel, up to 10%, to participate in domestic business engagements

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8 years of relevant experience in Program Management or a relevant discipline (such as Project Management, Material Program Management, Cost Account Manager or Integrated Product Team Lead)

Experience using one or more of the following program management resources: Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), or similar business processes

Experience leading cross-functional teams

Experience supporting Proposal, Cost Estimating or BOE generation

Experience engaging and reporting out to all levels of executive stakeholders

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources

Ability to obtain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required for consideration. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience balancing technical/cost/schedule constraints

Field support and/or depot operations experience

Production programs with demonstrated coordination, planning and teaming skills, particularly with factory personnel and external material sources experience

Experience working with Risk and Opportunity management practices

Effective interpersonal skills especially in team building and customer relationships

Excellent communication, dedicated work ethic, a willingness to learn on the job, and a committed to being an active participant in our team and customer focused culture

We Are RTX

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
