About the Role The Program Manager will spearhead critical initiatives, bridging business goals with technical execution. Working closely with Salesforce, marketing, finance, and customer success teams, this role involves managing sprints, translating business requirements into technical deliverables, and optimizing workflows for scalability and efficiency. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and Agile expertise are key to success. Responsibilities: + Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders + Develop comprehensive requirements documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes, to communicate business needs effectively to development teams + Provide demos to stakeholders with potential solutions + Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to guide project development + Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives as a Scrum Master, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices + Champion Agile methodologies across the organization, mentoring and guiding cross-functional teams to adopt best practices and foster continuous improvement in processes + Act as a trusted advisor, effectively bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring clear communication and understanding between all parties + Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and issues, anticipate challenges, and develop innovative solutions to ensure on-time delivery of project milestones and sprint goals + Expert in building reports and dashboards in SFDC + Ability to provide Tier 1 level of support in SFDC to business users + Independently analyze complex issues and take decisive action to overcome challenges to drive project plans to successful completion as needed + Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions, ensuring that they meet business requirements and user needs + Provide guidance and training to team members on Agile best practices + Continuously assess and improve Agile processes to drive project efficiency and success Program and Project Management + Drive the strategic direction of cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with GTM strategies + Manage Agile sprints, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives, to drive iterative progress + Use Jira to track tasks, assign priorities, and monitor project health across teams + Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects within scope, time, and budget + Prepare and deliver regular project updates and KPI reports to stakeholders Requirements Gathering and Technical Execution + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements and prioritize initiatives based on ROI and impact + Translate business needs into detailed, actionable technical requirements for developers + Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure solutions are aligned with system capabilities + Facilitate integration of tools and technologies into existing workflows, ensuring scalability and long-term efficiency Stakeholder and Change Management + Manage expectations and foster alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders + Coordinate communications to executives, team leads, and end users to ensure clarity and buy-in + Lead change management efforts during system updates and new tool rollouts, preparing users and addressing resistance + Create and distribute training materials and documentation for improved system adoption Process Optimization and Data-Driven Decision Making + Regularly review workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for operational excellence + Leverage data and reporting to measure project outcomes and their impact on broader initiatives, assess process effectiveness, and recommend optimizations + Continuously evaluate emerging tools and technologies, determining their potential impact on GTM systems Team Leadership and Collaboration + Motivate and guide diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration + Resolve conflicts and maintain team focus on objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment + Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on best practices and career development Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field + 10yrs+ in program management, including managing projects involving Salesforce, marketing automation, and enterprise systems + Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex technology initiatives with a proven track record of success + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification + SFDC experience and Admin Certification preferred + Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Rally is preferred + Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams in sprint planning, execution, and delivery + Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced, Agile environment + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Ability to prioritize competing demands and make informed decisions + Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders + Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies + Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including understanding its architecture, capabilities, and integration potential + Exceptional skills in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable plans + Proven ability to optimize workflows and processes for scalability and efficiency + Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams + Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to solve business challenges + Flexibility of The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zones are determined by location.
