**Kadiak, LLC,** a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Manager with a Top- Secret clearance to support **Kadiak** and our government customer in Quantico, VA. _This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity._

Kadiak, LLC is seeking a Program Manager in Quantico, VA with a Top-Secret Clearance to act as primary contact between our office and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). The Program Manager will have essential multi-discipline team representation and be self-motivated, well organized, design oriented, and customer focused.
**Responsibilities:**
+ The Program Manager shall be a single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
+ The Program Manager shall have full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract.
+ The Program Manager shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
+ The Program Manager shall be responsible for ensuring conformity to contractual obligations and establishing and maintaining master plans and schedules.
+ The Program Manager shall perform day-to-day management of overall support operations.
+ The Program Manager shall be available to the Contracting Officer Representative via both telephone and email for a typical 8-hour workday within the hours of 0800 and 1700 EST, Monday through Friday, and shall respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within 24 hours of notification.
**Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
+ 10 years of relevant experience at a comparable level of responsibility in programs of similar size, scope and complexity that include Central Utility Plant operations.
+ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
+ Ability to read and interpret government policy, regulations, and directives.
+ Active Top-Secret Security Clearance.
**Working Environment & Conditions**
This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.
The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
