Jayhawk Global mission is both internal, working collaboratively with all KU academic schools and departments, and external, serving all 105 Kansas counties, 50 U.S. states, and over 40 countries.
The Program Manager (PM) works with key staff in Professional Programs to manage logistics and development associated with educational course delivery. While the person in this position will work closely with potential instructors to develop new programs and courses, they will not be directly doing independent curriculum development or providing instruction.
Because KU Jayhawk Global operates in a self-supporting, entrepreneurial environment, the Program Manager position requires a self-starting individual who is team oriented. The PM must be a person who is open to new learning, patient with people and processes, yet committed to producing timely, high-quality results.
KU’s excellence is a result of the rich tapestry of experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds of our faculty, staff, students, and colleagues from across our nation and the globe. At KU, we invest in continuous learning and growth by creating a climate where people engage in respectful dialogue and debate and support each other’s success.
