Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager for Patient Support Program:
Role Overview:
Manage, plan, and implement a Patient Support Program for People Who would Benefit from PrEP (PWBP).
Oversee day-to-day activities of a team of Nurse Case Managers and Program Coordinators.
Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Develop and improve processes across Canada.
Ensure team performance by reviewing weekly and monthly KPI targets.
Act as the main contact for team escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure successful operation of program services (reimbursement, patient coordination, medication management).
Educate team members on the program and meet performance standards.
Maintain training matrices, HR files, and documentation for audits.
Communicate regional operational occurrences to the Program Manager.
Meet workload performance targets and recommend changes if needed.
Facilitate recruitment, orientation, evaluation, and retention of staff.
Conduct quality audits and ensure accuracy of workflows and clinical records.
Attend meetings with pharmaceutical partners and organize team meetings.
Assist with billing, forecasting, and special projects.
Identify and report Adverse Events to Health Canada and ensure staff follow Pharmacovigilance guidelines.
Maintain program work instructions and SOPs.
Point of escalation for team members.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
College or University degree in management, health science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Fluent in English and French (for regions with French language service requirements).
Experience in Pharmaceutical Patient Support Programs is recommended.
Minimum one year of people management experience is an asset.
Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with project management, performance analytics, and case management.
Familiarity with Canadian public and private reimbursement navigation and Special Authorization processes.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, CRM database entry, telephony, web portals, teleconferences, and web-based meetings.
Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Ability to work autonomously within a remote/virtual team environment.
