Key qualifications include over 10 years of experience in Federal Government IT, a relevant bachelor's degree, and PgMP or PMP certification. Responsibilities entail budget management, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, performance monitoring, team leadership, quality management, and change management. This position is located in Washington, DC. **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Stakeholder Management: Establishing effective communication channels with stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), M/CIO senior leadership, project managers, and team members. • Resource Allocation: Identifying, allocating, and monitoring resources such as budget, personnel, and technology to various teams and projects within the program. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Implementing performance metrics and KPIs to track program progress and reporting on these metrics to stakeholders. • Team Leadership and Development: Leading and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Quality Management: Ensuring that all areas of the program meet required quality standards. • Change Management: Managing the impact of changes on the program and ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • 10+ years of experience serving as a Program Manager in the Federal Government IT space with extensive experience leading teams in large global enterprise programs. • Experience managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities. • Proficient in developing, managing, and delivering program budgets, operating plans, spend plans, schedules, and status reports. • Strong teaming, collaboration, and communication skills accompanied with ability to build consensus amongst a diverse set of stakeholders. • Proficient in developing quality assurance surveillance and evaluation plans and methods to assess program strengths and weaknesses and identifying areas for improvement. • Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure program goals are achieved. • Proficient in analyzing program risks and developing risk response strategies. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: • PgMP and/or PMP certification CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141,200.00 - $305,800.00.
