Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance program governance, coordination, and execution while ensuring polished, executive-ready communication. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with the leadership team to provide high-quality program updates and ensure deliverables meet executive standards * Develop, refine, and present program status reports that can be shared up to the GVP and VP level * Governance & Execution: Potentially take on governance responsibilities, ensure adherence to processes, and get in the weeds when needed-such as developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying impacted teams * Act as a central point of coordination, chasing down PMs, ensuring alignment, and setting up key meetings to keep the program on track * Leverage strong presentation skills to effectively communicate program updates and risks to stakeholders * Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics with diplomacy and strategic awareness
