Position Summary:
The Program Manager for the Integration Management Office (IMO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of multiple workstreams, processes, systems, and technologies during mergers, acquisitions, or strategic transformations. This role combines program management expertise with integration-specific functions, ensuring the successful execution of complex, cross-functional integration programs. The Program Manager will lead multiple workstreams within an integration, maintain program governance, mitigate risks, and drive performance across integration efforts while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
This role combines the responsibility of leading complex integration programs while maintaining governance, risk management, and performance oversight. The Program Manager will ensure that integration initiatives are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with the expected outcomes, contributing significantly to the organization’s strategic growth.
Essential Functions:
Define objectives, key deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with broader business initiatives.
Create and maintain detailed program plans, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies.
Manage program governance frameworks, ensuring standardized processes, reporting, and oversight across integration workstreams.
Ensure program activities are aligned with business priorities and executed according to governance standards.
Lead cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance, Operations, Legal) to ensure effective collaboration across integration workstreams.
Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, maintaining alignment across business units and external parties.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members are informed and working towards common integration goals.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the integration program, developing risk management strategies.
Track program progress, ensuring any issues or roadblocks are identified early and resolved swiftly.
Develop and deliver regular status reports, highlighting program progress, risks, and milestones.
Provide insights to leadership on potential integration challenges and drive timely decision-making to address them.
Oversee the change management efforts throughout the integration process, ensuring smooth transitions for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Ensure that all changes resulting from the integration are communicated effectively and managed throughout the organization.
Participate in post-integration evaluations to ensure all integration goals are met, benefits are realized, and lessons are learned.

Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, program management, or business integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role overseeing complex integrations
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with change management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail
Advanced critical thinking and problems-solving skills
Travel required for on-site integration activities
