Job Title: Program Manager

Job Description

In this role, you will be tasked with defining project goals and scope and harmonizing the different departments for the NPI team. You will plan and document tasks to ensure timely completion of deliverables and maintain thorough documentation of project processes using various project management tools. Additionally, you will lead milestone reviews and bi-weekly touchpoints with clients and customers, ensuring all follow-up actions are addressed and closed. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a preference for those with a mechanical background. You will have the opportunity to work with a prominent player in the aerospace industry, providing a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters professional growth.

Onsite 5 days a week at the Portland facility, you'll have the opportunity to be on the manufacturing floor and collaborate with various teams. You'll also have access to other engineers for support and will directly assist another Program Manager. Your direct report will be based in Montreal. Benefits include 3 weeks PTO, 5 sick days, and verified holidays.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $77.00/hr.
