Posting Number NONAC3515 Job Title Program Manager Position Title Program Manager Position Type Non-Faculty Number of vacancies 1 Salary Commensurate with experience Department Psychiatry Position Summary The Program Manager will work closely with the Chair of the Dept. of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, strategizing, implementing and overseeing department-wide initiatives and faculty and staff oriented programs. They will manage the organization’s daily operations by actively engaging with employees to identify existing issues and offer viable solutions; leading internal and external communications; and implementing and overseeing department-wide initiatives and programs. Job Duties Description of Job Duty + Responsible for assisting in the planning, administering, reviewing and evaluating affiliate contracts. + Manage the planning and execution of multi-sector collaborative community assessment and environmental scan activities. + Participates in writing, developing and implementation of communication plans and proposals. + Assists with oversight of the Department of Psychiatry’s key operational functions including enforcement and amendments to standard operation procedures.
