As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing programs within the Aerospace programs assigned.
You will work under minimal supervision of our Director of Strategic Account Management to execute development programs of significant size & complexity to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating mastery of program management skills and thorough understanding of multiple workstreams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Customer Support.
You will define, generate & implement program plans to ensure business case achievement and overall alignment with our strategic objectives. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering successful outcomes for our programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Guide and manage cross-functional teams to execute programs according to defined scope, schedule, and budget
· Act as the primary points of contact of the program
· Develop and maintain program plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies
· Monitor program performance and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure successful delivery
· Work with stakeholders to define program objectives, requirements, and success criteria
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program management processes and practices.
· Provide regular updates and reports on program status, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
· Track program Key performance Indicators (KPI)
· Lead weekly Running Action Item List (RAIL) meetings
· Report Program Financial performance to leadership
· Consult with finance team to generate report for revenue reconciliation
· Coordinate communications internally and externally
· Provide oversight to ensure effective processing of orders for spares and repairs
· Act as Authorization Owner for US Technical Assistance Agreement and work with Export Compliance Officers to ensure US export compliance
· Plan & Lead Program Management Review (PMR)
· Consult with Field Service Engineer and Customer Service Engineer to conduct Technical Coordination Meeting (TCP)
· Host and lead ad-hoc virtual meetings as needed.
· Lead and manage operational issues
· Lead quarterly internal leadership reporting
· Lead Demand Management Review Meeting
· Review material consumption report provided by Material Manager and provide update to the finance manager on a monthly basis
· Reconcile full quarter revenue to actual shipments in Month 1 of the following quarter (on a lag basis)
