Support a large and high-visibility cybersecurity program in Huntsville, AlabamaWill report to the Sr. Manager of Cyber OperationsWill manage a diverse cybersecurity workforceWill assume the responsibilities of lead administrator for a contract that supports a certified Red TeamServes as the Point of Contact between the COR, government clients, and stakeholdersDevelop procedures, planning and directing execution of the technical, programming, maintenance, and administrative support effort and monitoring and reporting progress.Fulfill financial and administrative duties, and manage subcontract agreements, monthly status reports, and monthly status meetingsCoordinate with the COR/ACOR to ensure personnel are adequately assigned to individual efforts and to address any performance issuesProvide notifications and submissions to the Government (e.g. PCO, COR, TPOC) for review or approvalEnsure SOWs are submitted timely and accuratelyEnsure employees requiring additional certifications, training, security clearances, agreements, and all other personnel documentation in the performance of this contract meet these requirementsWorks well with others to provide timely and detailed contract requests and bid proposalsEffectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision for contract staff Qualifications Have an active Top-Secret ClearanceAt least 15 years of project management work experience in government contractingBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/universityPrior experience supporting cybersecurity operations is a plus, but not requiredPossess knowledge of Agile software development methodologiesPrior experience in financial planning and analysis, revenue management, contract utilization, ROI, workforce planning, or DoD acquisition policies and proceduresFeel comfortable working with large, diverse, and distributed teamsPossess strong communication skills (verbal and written)Any experience with cybersecurity, aircraft systems, hardware and software, configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability.Prior experience in developing program slides, fact sheets, and presenting data points to the executive leadership teamExperience managing and developing government Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) deliverables. Business Development Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Physical Requirements Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time. Travel Requirements 10%
