Join our team of professionals who support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and take your career to the next level!  The Program Manager will lead a dynamic team that provides IT support, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to help ensure the secure, reliable, and uninterrupted availability of INL/A Management Information Systems. This role will provide program management support to the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics, and Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A) in support of their missions to sustain the national security and economic interests of our nation. Responsibilities Serve as the Contractor's main point of contact for coordination of the Program and oversight of the overall performance. Manage operational aspects of program activity, including cost, quality schedule, and personnel. Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Take projects from original concept through final implementation. Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end users, computer services, and client services. Define project scope and objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within defined scope, quality, time, and cost requirements Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conduct project meetings and track and analyze project status. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks and track and review vendor deliverables. Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team. Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Generate various reports/deliverables, including monthly program status reports to the appropriate customers and management personnel. Plan, organize, direct, and guide the activities of team members, including processes, plans, procedures, and training personnel. Participate in hiring and training. Review and approve employee and subcontractor timecards. Establish and manage customer relationships. Travel may be required for special projects. (CONUS, OCONUS) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years relevant experience. PMP certification is highly desired. Secret clearance required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proven experience leading dynamic teams. Experience managing project costs, schedule, and scope. Ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team, attract recruits, and retain highly qualified staff. Must possess strong leadership and organization skills. Ability to multi-task in a high-stress, performance-based environment. Experience with software development methodologies and the SDLC. Knowledge of quality management and ability to provide timely and accurate deliverables. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
