Job description

+5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar managerial role who is fluent in Spanish and possesses deep knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing Projects: Manage and coordinate multiple interrelated projects to ensure they align with the organization's goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop long-term goals and strategies for projects, ensuring they contribute to the company's objectives.

Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for programs and projects.

Team Coordination: Work with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to report on progress and address any issues.

Performance Evaluation: Assess the performance of projects and programs, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
