Support the Finance Technology Strategy and Optimization group by leading intake and prioritization processes across Finance and Global Technology and Enterprise Solutions; program manage key initiatives relating to AI and Automation, platform optimizations, data governance, and finance transformation.

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

Own and enhance the finance systems intake process, partnering with key stakeholders to maintain, prioritize, and deliver on our finance and technolgy roadmap.

Partner with Engineering, Product and Finance leads to evaluate potential optimizations and strategic initiatives for impact, capacity, and priority.

Manage communications to various levels of the organization on program status and timelines, intake evaluations and strategy updates.

Support the development of business cases and programs as part of our Finance Systems strategy.

Comprehend overall demand scope and dependencies and how individual decisions or actions impact roadmap.

Program manage key initiatives around data governance, AI and Automation solutions, product enhancements, and finance related technology programs.

Anticipate and respond to changing strategic priorities and provide impact in prompt fashion. project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.

Manage and build relationships with key decision makers from project inception to post-deployment while simultaneously ensuring sponsor and end-user satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

7+ years’ experience in finance or technology program management or transformation. Familiarity with travel management systems and financial operations a plus.

Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, business, product and finance teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in building, evaluating and measuring impacts and outcomes of finance or systems business cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels across the organization. Ability to communicate complex challenges in simplified ways.

Detail-oriented, collaborative and decisive, with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to effectively respond to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

Proficiency in project management software such as JIRA and Smartsheet as well as MS Office applications for reports, analysis, and presentations is a plus.

Proven ability to work effectively in a complex, diverse and changing environment.

Ability to navigate the organization, collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and overcome project barriers.

Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt and prioritize focus.
