Summary You will serve as a Program Manager in the Mobile & Integrated Threat Division, Threat Target Systems Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV CHINA LAKE. Responsibilities You will be responsible for threat simulator systems development, acquisition, and fielding efforts in support of Test and Evaluation and Tactical Training Ranges. You will coordinate with various intelligence agencies to ensure certified intelligence community threat assessments are incorporated. You will prepare project management plans, charters, progress reports, business/operations plans, including program budgets and schedules, contract proposals, material acquisition, integration, etc. You will be responsible for project planning including program management plans, progress reports, business and operations plans, proposals, system development, system verification, and information assurance compliance plans. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DA-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Managing the integration of threat and target simulations at laboratories and open-air test and training ranges; 2) Directing and providing oversight to project engineers, program analyst, contracts specialists, and financial managers for overall technical and performance planning compliance of threat systems; 3) Providing technical, performance, risk mitigation, integration, validation, and information assurance compliance of systems and subsystems for requirements; 4) Leading a team in acquisition strategy, timing and scope of decision/milestone reviews, and approving decisions made for the sponsor.
