Bravo Communications Services LLC is leading the Identity Credential Access Management Next Gen Single Sign On (ICAM NG SSO) program for the Department of Veterans Affairs. This program aims to modernize the VA's Single Sign-On (SSO) technology to enhance security, user experience, and operational efficiency.
Position OverviewThe Program Manager will oversee the ICAM NG SSO program, ensuring successful implementation and integration of modern SSO solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring compliance with federal security standards.
Responsibilities Oversee the entire ICAM NG SSO program lifecycle.Coordinate with stakeholders, including VA leadership and technical teams.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Ensure compliance with federal security standards and regulations.Monitor and report on project progress and performance.Develop and maintain project documentation.Identify and mitigate project risks.Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.Conduct regular project status meetings.Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Required Experience/Qualifications Proven experience in program management.Strong understanding of SSO technologies and federal security standards.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience with agile project management methodologies.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in budget management and resource allocation.Knowledge of project management tools and software.Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Experience/Qualifications Experience working with federal agencies.PMP or similar certification.Knowledge of VA systems and processes.Experience in managing large-scale IT projects.Familiarity with federal procurement processes.Experience in stakeholder management.Knowledge of risk management practices.Experience in change management.Understanding of cybersecurity principles.Strong analytical skills.
