Program Manager

Join a team of development program professionals to manage dev programs with Honeywell's Aerospace business. You will work under minimal supervision of the Platform/CBT leader, accountable to execute development programs of moderate size to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while demonstrating proficient-level program management skills in this leadership position. You will manage and lead development programs that may span several major domestic and worldwide locations, requiring coordination of technology development and production across locations. You must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge & drive on-time execution of the Honeywell IPDS phase gates

Key ResponsibilitiesExecute on scope,\n schedule, cost, delivery, and quality demonstrating\n program management skills in the following areas:
Scheduling, including\n resource-loading and critical path analysisSOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru-resourced\n Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Earned Value Management and Financials Risk Management\n (Identification & Mitigation), Reporting / Reviews,\n and CommunicationsWBS Work Package level\n metric management, including CPI/SPI/EACUnderstand\n budget/schedule & programmatic details and set high performance\n expectations; remove roadblocks to allow team to achievePresent big-picture view\n of schedule & budget to team, internal and external stakeholders,\n & leaders Summarize key issues\n & actions & drive closurePresent program status to\n stakeholdersCustomer coordination for\n current program and subsequent phasesFormulate, organize and\n monitor inter-connected projects elementsDetermine\n suitable strategies and objectivesReview and approval of\n reports for Customer, Program Directors and LeadershipSupport bids and\n proposals  Define and implement the\n program-level Management Operating System (MOS)
Employ PM tools and\n development processes, including statement-of-work (SOW), work-breakdown-\n structure (WBS), basis-of-estimate (BOE) management, scope / requirements\n management, scheduling, and cost managementU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
