Program Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Program Manager. Join our Project Management Office and play a key role in providing program & project leadership and managing program of work specific to the deployment and setup of technology infrastructure at project sites, as well as managing the development of integration of systems to ensure seamless operation between technologies. Reporting to the Project Management Office Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

The team are predominantly located in Adelaide however we could consider a Program Manager located in Sydney or Melbourne.

What You’ll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

Have a clear understanding and control of project budgets, risks, and issues. Report these to relevant steering committees or leadership as required. Utilise appropriate internal/external resources as required or manage third party delivery partners to deliver projects and meet business timelines. Lead and participate in steering committees to provide strategic direction, oversight, and decision-making for the program. This includes preparing and presenting reports, updates, and recommendations to the committee members. Work autonomously to meet required timelines and outputs for multiple projects. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across SI&CS and third parties to enable the successful and timely delivery of projects to achieve business value and contractual obligations.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline. Extensive applied experience in enterprise program and project management, mobilisations or integrations programs are highly regarded. Experience guiding Executive Stakeholders through the program and working with an Executive Sponsor. Demonstrated experience implementing projects and programs to budget and in a timely manner. Strong understanding of Program and Project Delivery practices, ability to tailor to delivery requirements.
