Responsibilities
+ Work closely with cross-functional groups including members of Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to ensure that company initiatives and projects are executed on time and as expected
+ Assist the Principal Program Manager when it comes to tracking and managing tasks, allocating resources, identifying blockers and risks, and maintaining compliance in assigned areas while maintaining a holistic view of the company’s entire book of business
+ Improve processes and manage the flow of updates and communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders (internal and external)
+ Act as a liaison between development and other internal groups
+ Ensure the product development teams have what they need to be successful and represent the Product and Engineering teams to other business units
+ Manage projects and initiatives as needed
+ Schedule and lead sprint planning, reviews, and standups, not to mention being comfortable working in different time zones
Basic Qualifications
+ Excellent writing and communication skills with upper management and executives
+ Bachelor's degree with a preference in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical field
+ 3+ years of technical program/project management experience
+ Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and methodologies
+ Any of the following certifications a plus: PMP, PgMP, CSM
+ Experience with JIRA ticketing and workflow systems or similar project management tools
+ Extremely organized and a great negotiator
+ Proven conflict management skills and can handle pressure
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience with managing AI / LLM projects
+ Deep understanding of the ad tech industry
+ Familiarity with online fraud tactics
+ Data management and analytics experience
+ Technical consulting and client management experience
