Program Manager
**Overview** Bowhead seeks a Program Manager to support our customer Hanover, MD. **Responsibilities** • Serve as the focal point to work with the assigned COR and SETA personnel. This individual typically has a detailed knowledge of daily activities associated with the PWS and TO and is responsible for day-to-day communication with the COR and daily management of SETA personnel. • Provide overall program management of the contract, including budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle cost, risk management, requirements development, and Strategy Reports, ensuring the PWS, and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) are maintained, and assessing program procedures, practices, strategies, and documentation for compliance to contract specifications and mission requirements • Responsible for receiving, managing and responding to SETA complaints and shall inform the KO and COR whenever allegations are serious and / or related to EEO matters • Maintain a library, updated weekly, on a SharePoint site or similar web/application-based tracking tool (on premise) of all third-party support agreements, and warranties for equipment or software used in conjunction with this PWS • Maintain a SharePoint site or similar web/application-based tracking tool (on premise), updated weekly, which shall track but is not limited to tracking all purchases, projects, risk registers, schedules, stakeholder registers, work break down structures, manning, invoices, and available funds related to this PWS • Track and update weekly all purchases made via the material Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) on a SharePoint site or similar web/application-based tracking tool (on premise) to include a work breakdown structure, tasks, a timeline, CLIN funding levels and relevant documents for each purchase • Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** • MA/MS/MBA from an accredited college or university (Business, Accounting, Program Management, Operations Management, Engineering) • Minimum of 10 years of experience managing Government programs with at least five years of that experience must be in supervisory capacity directly managing and supervising others • PMP Certification and/or DAWIA Program Management Certification in Program Management • Experience in detailed management and oversight of a Contractor or Government Team including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting is preferred SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret/SCI level.
