Program Manager
**Description** The **Program Manager** will provide support to Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) Integrated Program Team (IPT) leaders in the Program Management Division of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division at Lakehurst, NJ. The department is responsible for the planning and management of multiple ALRE programs. Responsibilities: + Ability to plan, organize and manage a comprehensive program involving many widely ranging and varied components of equipment, logistics, maintenance, training, etc. + Ability to interact with inter-competency teams to execute complex projects + Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders of varying technical knowledge and viewpoints. + Develop Power Point presentations for Program Management Reviews, NAVSEA customers, and additional support activities to include but not limited to ALRE Conferences, working groups and readiness reviews + Provide PM support in meeting preparation including drafting the agenda and recording actions + Prepare and draft correspondences. Correspondences will include but are not limited to naval messages, business letters, action item responses and project/program execution evaluations and status + Assist in the development and implementation of methods to monitor cost, schedule, and data deliverables. **Qualifications** Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree required + 5 years relevant experience of DoD Integrated Program Team experience in the support of complex military systems is required + Secret clearance is required Preferred: + Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Computer preferred) + Direct experience with Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) IPTs and in particular Aircraft Launch and Recovery Systems SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
