Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Program Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Maryland Heights, MO. We are looking for a highly skilled Program Manager to lead large-scale programs and initiatives within our organization. Key Responsibilities: * Program Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budgetary requirements * Communication: Tailor communication strategies to engage effectively with different audiences, from executives to project teams; Prepare and present program status updates in executive leadership meetings * Planning Tools: Create and maintain Gantt charts, roadmaps, and other project documentation; Utilize JIRA for tracking progress, creating metrics, and developing dashboards to provide visibility into program performance * Stakeholder Engagement: Navigate organizational politics with finesse, understanding leadership expectations and supporting initiatives without getting sidetracked by conflicts * Agile Methodology: Implement and promote Agile practices within program teams to enhance collaboration and adaptability
