Position Summary:

The Mobile Response Team Program Manager oversees daily program operations; assists the Program Director training new employees in the field and responds to crisis calls as needed. The MRT program manager is responsible for keeping the Program Director and the Director of Clinical Operations informed of progress and coordination of all services delivered to the consumers internally and through external referral sources.

 

Essential Job Functions:

 

Assist the Program Director to evaluate staff annually using direct observation and review of work. Ensure existing, new, or additional programs comply with all funding criteria including, but not limited to the delivery of requisite services, compliance with restrictions, and reporting requirements. Represent the agency, as requested, at meetings of funding agencies, governmental authorities, seminars, and workshops. Assist Program Director to manage and create staff schedules, including on-call rotation during weekends and holidays. Participate in the on-call rotation as needed. Monitor and assure accuracy, timeliness on call response, consistency of data, referrals and follow ups. Provide training to new employees on procedures and protocols for documentation. Participate in supervision with Program Director and Medical Director. Ensure records of persons served are in compliance with agency, state, Joint Commission, Medicaid and/or other rules and standards, guidelines and regulations. Understands HIPAA, Professional Ethics, Consumer Rights and Confidentiality Participate in performance improvement activities. Completes all orientation and mandated training activities, including E-Learning Courses, within required times, and in accordance with the criteria established for this position. Monitor staff on their completion of all e-learnings. Embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation. Assist Program Director with payroll, as needed. Assign and supervise lead clinician on the following but not excluded to: peer reviews (charts), employees’ monthly mileage submission, ambulance, and translator invoice.
