Program Manager Associate Durham, NC **100% Remote** Contract $25/hr - $31/hr Our client, a nationally recognized and award-winning company in the health insurance vertical, has a potential contract to hire opening for a Program Manager Associate. They have over 4 million customers and 5,000+ employees dedicated to providing innovative solutions that simplify the healthcare system, improve efficiency and outcomes while reducing costs. **Location:** ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. **Contract Duration** : 12+ Months with potential to convert to FTE **Required Skills & Experience** + Strong communications skill and MS office Suite experience needed. In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field. + Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) + 0-2 years of experience in Program Management or Data Analysis **Desired Skills & Experience** + Healthcare experience preferred. + Knowledge of Pharmacy terminology **What You Will Be Doing** + This company is updating a Pharmacy Portal and needs a junior/entry level Program Manager to review data going into and out of the dashboards. + Will be looking for anomalies, trends, and issues and report them to the Sr. Project Managers + Will work closely with the Manager of the Clinical Pharmacy and two Sr. Project Managers + Will leverage MS Office and other software tools to document and outline findings from the data going into Dashboards + Recommends effective business process improvement initiatives. + Analyzes, documents, and reports program performance results throughout the company. + Ensures a cooperative effort across the organization on all tasks, issues, and projects, managing and resolving conflicts as needed.
