Program Manager Business Intelligence
This position is responsible for the leadership, strategy, direction and operations of data governance.  The position will manage and maintain data with a comprehensive understanding of enterprise relationships, business definitions, and business use cases. This role has primary responsibility for development and implementation of a data governance program and management of McLaren data assets. He/she will be responsible for the following:Lead the organization in the development, optimization and maturation of a data governance programDrive continual improvement in data management practices through collaboration and partnership with domain owners, domain stewards, and key data stakeholders, ensuring direction aligns with strategic prioritiesAssesses, monitors, and implements fixes for data quality issuesImplements and manages the development and use of analytic productsDevelops and maintains master files, key performance metrics, business glossary, and an application inventorySupport future data extract implementationThis position will support the mission to transform the company into a business that truly differentiates and competes on information and analytics. 

 

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED 10 years’ experience in data analytics and informatics 10 years’ experience in data governance

OR

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Public Health Administration, Data Science, Informatics, Engineering or related field 5 years’ experience in data analytics and informatics 5 years’ experience in data governance 

Preferred Qualifications:

5 years’ experience in the application of statistical methods to the analysis of healthcare data 5 years of healthcare experience with data mining, including forecasting, simulation and predictive modeling 5 years’ experience with Business Intelligence platforms and analytic tools (such as Tableau) 10 years’ experience building, modifying and querying off of relational databases (such as MS Access and SQL)   Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans   Additional Information Schedule: Full-time Requisition ID: 25003711 Daily Work Times: Standard Business Hours Hours Per Pay Period: 80 On Call: No Weekends: No
