KBR is seeking a motivated Program Manager (PM) with an active DoD Top Secret clearance to join our dynamic team at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio to provide support for the Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management Program Executive Office (C3BM), Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure Division.
As Program Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the government with planning, direction, oversight, and administration of projects and ensure full compliance with contract requirements. The PM participates in program reviews, supports experimentation events, and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish programs. This individual will plan and adjust work operations to meet changing and/or emerging program requirements using available resources with minimal impact on work quality or quantity. You will facilitate continuous improvement in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services provided and integrate problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of workforce efficiency. In addition, you will demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and may provide consultation on complex proposals, such as technical projects and strategic planning as a top-level contributor/specialist.

This is a full time role 40 hour/week, standard hours, minimal travel.
Basic Compensation:
Starting salary ranges from $130,000 to $170,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
