Join our dynamic CEO Program Management Office as a Program Manager, where you'll spearhead transformative, company-wide initiatives championed by our senior and executive leaders. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge on projects that drive our strategic goals, collaborating with key stakeholders to enact meaningful change, enhance operational efficiency, and introduce cutting-edge business practices.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Lead and oversee high-profile programs sponsored by the CEO, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Support the strategic alignment of organizational KPI’s to ensure goals are aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Objectively evaluate OpenText’s KPI’s and provide clear and tangible ways to assess progress and identify areas for improvement while providing predictive insights to anticipate future trends.
• Provide support drafting and preparing materials for board meetings, which can encompass creating pitch decks, presentations, and other necessary documents.
• Collaborate with senior management and functional leaders to address cross-functional interdependencies, ensuring proper resource allocation for successful project execution.
• Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement program plans, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations throughout the process.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practice. Identify opportunities for business value creation and transformation, providing strategic guidance aligned with the organization's priorities, particularly CEO-led initiatives.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience program management or Chief of Staff role, in a stakeholder-oriented environment, preferably within the technology sector.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence all levels within an organization, including senior executives.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results.
Work Arrangement: This role will be office-based out of either Richmond Hill, ON or Waterloo, ON offices. Employees need to be in the office on OpenText corporate days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) to drive maximum coordination and collaboration.
