Are you living your life's work? **Entity: Clinical Care Associates** **Department: CFCC Admin** **Location: Penn Medicine Rittenhouse- 1800 Lombard Street** **Hours: Full-time** **Job Summary:** As part of the Penn Medicine Center for Connected Care (CfCC), the Program Manager oversees connected health projects and programs by coordinating with IS applications teams, outsourced IT functions, internal and external consultants, vendors, and UPHS departments and divisions. Responsible for participating in project lifecycle activities including identification of processes & dependencies for each assignment, coordination of meetings, and distribution of project minutes. Maintains a robust, diverse portfolio of assigned projects & developments under the CfCC programs. Responsible for managing project lifecycle activities for staffing, delivery, closure, and transition to operations teams as appropriate. Ongoing responsibilities include managing the CfCC project plans, planning & coordination with stakeholders & departments, risk assessment and mitigation, and problem resolutions. Ensure the completion of projects within budgets and project plans, including the integration of systems and programs within clinical, administrative, and connected health partnerships or contracts. Coordinates CfCC program management in the annual planning process. Participates in the management of the day-to-day delivery of CfCC programs through appropriate personnel, both internal and external. **Accountabilities:** · Ensure project delivery of all project-related activities including: Project scope document Initial product acceptance criteria Final product acceptance criteria and test plan Conversion and activation plan Training plan and schedule Vendor/consultants onsite schedule, staffing, and planned activities · Coordinate with appropriate support groups within Penn Medicine and with external vendors as necessary · On-board and orient the team that will be assigned to the project to clearly identify purpose and background for the project · Define and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member · Will be responsible for some ongoing program management and maintenance of completed projects. · Participates in project steering and project working committee meetings · Provide periodic written status reports to the Project Sponsor showing status compared to the work plan, issues, risk, and assignments/plans for resolution, resolved issues, problem log and status, upcoming major project situations, and adherence to project budgeted resources · Define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and plans to ensure that change management concerns are addressed during and after project implementation, as well as to ensure that the project impact is sustainable and supported by the business process owners · Complete and manage project activities using an industry standard project management process and approach to ensure a consistent approach to project completion with other similar projects within the organization · Manage the Five Project Management Process Groups flow from one phase into another beginning with Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control, Close · Manage the 9 Knowledge areas of Project Management on each project including: Scope, Time, Cost, Resources, Risk, Communication, Project Integration, Procurement and Quality · Assists with demonstrations, presentations and formal classes as necessary · Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures · Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization **Qualifications:** · Bachelor's degree (Required) preferably in Sciences, Math or Healthcare Administration · 4+ years of project management experience We believe that the best care for our patients starts with the best care for our employees.
