Grand Canyon University’s Colangelo College of Business (CCOB), Colangelo College of Business, is seeking a hardworking, meticulous, passionate, and driven Program Manager, for a full-time role.
Please note, the Program Manager role will be located at our main campus in Phoenix, AZ.
The Program Manager will work in support of the administrative staff of the CCOB. The Program Manager is responsible for coordinating activities, functions, tasks, projects, purpose or focus of varying complexity to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established specifications.
What you will do:
Responsible for scheduling, planning and organizing the activities of an assigned program, project, unit, or function and ensuring the activities’ infrastructure is in place.
Review departmental needs and expectations and determines most effective means of execution of specific duties to ensure goals are met in a timely fashion.
May meet with or communicate with customers, clients, contacts, vendors, external to Grand Canyon University and ensures GCU is well represented.
Provide customer service support as needed for all the operation’s customers, internal and external contacts, employees, staff, and management.
Supports the integrity of the GCU Christian mission, faith integration & learning outcomes
What you need:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in higher education environment
Possess strong communication skills both written and verbally
Experience working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, office software products
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Self-starter, initiative, project-experienced
Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
