(https://d25zu39ynyitwy.cloudfront.net/oms/000000/document/2024/6/SMVZW\_USStrykerEmployeebenefits/USStrykerEmployeebenefits.pdf) **Program Manager** - covering Columbus/Cleveland/Cincinnati, OH and Pittsburgh, PA Job Summary: Develop and execute advertising and marketing plans that target patients and healthcare professionals and help grow the Stryker brand. + Partner with management to develop, support, coordinate and execute marketing initiatives and communication activities. + Identify,build and maintain strong working relationships with key individuals incustomer/ industry organizations (e.g., doctors, nurses, etc.). + Work with management to understand and employ established processes and tools; serve as advocate for key processes and programs. + Establish realistic production timelines and budgets. + Monitor projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, on target, within budget and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. + Provide strategic communications support to project initiators. + Prepare program materials, present and communicate with participants at events and group meetings. + Research and analyze market data and customer feedback to obtain competitive intelligence. + Collaborate with field sales management and consulting surgeons to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs. + Represent Marketing, Sales or HCI team at all regional sales/marketing activities, including Company-sponsored events and association meetings. + Train sales organization on all corporate and regional marketing initiatives and tools that will enhance their ability to achieve annual sales objectives. + Partner with other divisional departments to support high impact launches on new products. + Execute marketing plans that help grow the Stryker brand in close cooperation with Product Managers (U.S and OUS), sales force and HCI. + Collaborate with product marketing, field marketing, marketing communications and sales teams to ensure flawless execution of programs. + Develop metrics to demonstrate ROI. + Communicate program results to the senior leadership and theorganization. + Develop, test and implement consumer campaigns and marketing materials. + Manage internal and external creative, activation, fulfillment and call center resources. Job Requirements: + Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or other relevant field of study. Prefer Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing. + 6+ years of marketing/communications experience. + Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills. + Demonstrated verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-one interaction) and written communication skills. + Demonstrated success in developing direct-to-consumer campaigns across multiple mediums. + Understanding how to leverage metrics to optimize campaigns. + Managed sponsorships and partnerships. + Experience in healthcare or other regulated industry a plus. + Demonstrated ability to influence/guide cross functional teams. + Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a marketing plan directly linked to broader business/divisional goals.
