We are seeking a highly skilled Commercialization Program Manager to lead the orchestration of cross-functional and cross-system deployments and enablement of commercial offerings. This role involves managing the implementation and deployment of new offers, promotions, pricing, and other commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with pricing managers, commercialization architects, and various downstream business units to ensure the successful implementation and execution of commercialization initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
Orchestrate Deployment and Enablement: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex commercial projects and strategies across various systems and functions, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Cross-Functional Interaction: Collaborate with pricing managers, commercialization architects, product teams and other key stakeholders to operationalize and deploy commercial projects and strategies. Coordinate with Downstream Teams: Manage the deployment process with teams including Finance, Legal, and multiple System and Field Leads, ensuring that new products, prices, offers, and promotions are accurately configured in the company’s Quote to Cash, Finance, Revenue Ops, Recognition, Billing, and Metering systems. System Configuration Oversight: Oversee the integration and configuration of new commercial initiatives in systems such as Salesforce Sales Cloud, Metronome, and Netsuite. Project/Program Management: Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables for multiple commercialization projects. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of commercialization deployments and enablement and ultimately enable self-service capabilities for the Commercialization Pipeline.What we are looking for:
Strong understanding of commercialization processes and operations, particularly in areas related to pricing, billing, and revenue operations. Experience with consumption-based commercial strategies and pricing models 7+ years experience in project/program management and process improvement Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliver results on time Exceptional ownership and prioritization skills Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
