Group/Division

The Customer Group (CG) team is our field based, customer facing organization consisting of Sales, Marketing, Applications, Finance, Human Resources, Facilities & IT. They partner closely with our customers to provide a comprehensive portfolio of products, services, software and expertise, to help them manage yield throughout their fabrication process—from research and development to final volume production. Responsibilities of this group include maintaining strategic client relationships, identifying and closing sales opportunities, ensuring our products meet performance capabilities & expectations, providing critical solutions for improved yield performance, and collecting requirements for future products by understanding customer processes and technology trends. Partnering with our service organization and factory divisions, this diverse and dynamic team helps ensure alignment between customer needs and corporate offering to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

CCR Program ManagerThe Complex Customer Requests (CCR) Program Manager job is high profile and exciting opportunity for an adventurous soul! We strive to be a highly valued, trusted partner with our customers through continuous improvement!The selected individual will run now well-established Complex Customer Request (CCR) program and scale it with industry growth. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence for the program and improving customer experience. Successful candidate will lead the program’s metrics and lay the foundation for significant growth!

Responsibilities of the CCR program manager

Project planning: Run the existing CCR program, through initiations, prioritization, and execution on a periodic basis with the company key collaborators, ensuring alignment with customer goals and objectives.

Cross functional co-ordination: Collaborate with division engineering, operations, service, marketing, and regional business units to ensure project execution and timely delivery and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Customer relationship management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and expectations to ensure that project results meet or exceed their needs.

Facilitate clear and seamless communication among project team members, partners, and senior management including providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Use data driven decision making to optimize processes; establish and drive key performance indicators for continuous growth.

Evangelize the program across the company with implementation to all the BUs, improving customer adoption.

SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Experience in customer engagement, feedback analysis, and adoption strategy development.Preferred QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of relevant and proven experience in leading sophisticated, cross-functional customer programs, leading development efforts focused on multiple product engineering solutions in semiconductor industry.Must have deep knowledge of advanced fab processes, operations and multi-tool considerations; experience with KLA tools and technologies strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience in fielding critical customer issues and leading internal cross-divisional teams (Applications, Product Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Service, Regulatory, Safety, etc.) on delivering comprehensive solutions including planning, funding, resourcing, and delivery.Experience delivering, managing, and reporting on robust enterprise-wide customer programs: drive strategy, lead alignment across multiple divisions and functional groups, document playbook, processes, and lead execution through delivery to customer.
