Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, KS office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.
What You’ll Do This position will report to the Director of Education and will lead affinity groups to provide opportunities for children’s hospital participants to network, share knowledge, learn together, and advance pediatric health care. Primary responsibilities include the development of an annual curriculum of content and networking opportunities delivered through various venues - in-person meetings held across the country, virtual sessions, and projects that enable growth in thinking and learning.
+ Lead curriculum development, organizing and facilitating forum/affinity group curriculum via in-person meetings, virtual sessions, and projects
+ Create annual program objectives and refine target audience participants to develop a comprehensive curriculum for the forum/affinity group(s)
+ Develop and implement project work plan, timeline, and tracking of tasks to ensure execution of key milestones and deliverables
+ Provide program thought leadership and audience management, ensuring that stated deliverables are executed in terms of meetings, virtual curriculum, summaries, and overall forum management
+ Develop and build strong relationships with participants and external consultants to further forum goals and objectives
+ Work collaboratively across CHA business areas to connect CHA products and services to participants, leveraging program knowledge to inform collaboration among children’s hospitals
+ Take initiative to own, coordinate and lead projects and tasks with the team to achieve results; informally leading by example and influence
Required Experience:
What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, health care, or related studies
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in health care or related field
+ Excellent project management and facilitation skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple constituencies
+ Ability to prepare and present information in varied mediums
+ Ability to manage, organize and prioritize projects
+ Ability to learn new industry-specific terminology and technology quickly
+ Advanced personal computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Products and ZOOM
+ Ability to travel by car or plane 30% of the time

This pay range shown is a guideline. Min: $75,000 Max: $156,000 Compensation is based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
