Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

We have an exciting opportunity at our Stuttgart, Arkansas manufacturing facility for a Consultant who can proactively drive the initiatives outlined below.  The Consultant will ensure the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of these programs throughout our 750,000 square-foot manufacturing plant. 

Develop and implement an annual equipment downtime scheduleAnalyze and mitigate downtime causes and develop and implement corrective actions and strategies to minimize future downtimeOptimize reporting through SAPRevitalize the preventive maintenance program and ensure it is effectively supporting the plant's operational needsConduct comprehensive equipment condition assessments to assess their current condition and identify areas of improvementConduct a detailed skills assessment of the maintenance team to identify key competencies and skill gaps

Requires Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experienceRequires at least 5 years related experienceA strategic vision to analyze the manintenance programs and processes of a 750,000 square-foot manufacturing facility and implement change where neededStrong mechanical and electrical aptitudeCommunicates clearly and effectivelyAbility to apply maintenance best practicesAbility to organize and plan tasks

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $84k - $105k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
